Ab ins Gelände - Die Toyota Winterfahrschule
n-tv | PS - Das Automagazin | 1 × 6 min | 31.03.2019
Every fourth new car in Germany is an off-roader, but only every tenth actually drives off-road - the actual DNA of the SUVs is atrophied. Such a brilliant ride through mud, ditches and scree is the ultimate driving pleasure - if you know how to steer your "baby" correctly and safely even on challenging terrain. What are the differences between off-road vehicles, crossovers and SUVs? When and for what do I need all-wheel drive, traction control and ground clearance? Which Toyota is suitable for which territory, which hand grips have to be mastered and which ones take over Toyota's various electronic features like the Crawl Control from me? Mr. Buschtaxi and his second student Janine inform, entertain and inspire. For the passionate off-roader, nothings impossible, the main thing is - Toyota! After the successful TV maiden voyage in 2018, they face cold, ice and snow in March 2019.
Buschtaxi and pioneer - once again they drive the short and long Prado J15 as well as the sprightly BJ42 from the eighties to test differences in performance, equipment and driving comfort. Just in time for the market launch of the new RAV4, this time they also have the new generation of the 4x4 legend with them, as well as a counterpart from the first generation from the nineties. Alex and Janine also want to pay tribute to the fact that the RAV4 was the first to establish the booming compact SUV segment and to bring this special driving pleasure to European city centres for the first time. It is also considered to be a very advanced hybrid for "driving SUV without regrets".
"Offroad!" - an exciting, informative and attractive 4x4 adventure from Toyota - for student drivers, TV audience and potential customers.
